Cancellation
I totally understand that life can throw curveballs — but to keep things running smoothly (and your hair looking it’s best), here’s the scoop on cancellations:
• No-Shows: If you ghost your appointment, I keep 30% of the service cost. This is because that spot was saved just for you!
• Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, I keep 20% of the service cost to cover the lost time.
I’m human too, and I understand that emergencies happen — all I ask is for a heads-up. Just shoot me a message! Communication goes a long way and I’ll always do my best to work with you 💕
